The initial success of the Smart Growth Partnership is due to volunteer time of the leaders of Westmoreland County. Continued success of Smart Growth will be dependent on the continued support of Westmoreland County leaders along with the efforts of private citizens.

Many of our Education Outreach Efforts are designed to educate the lay person about Planning and Community in a clear and understandable fashion.
