The mission of SGPWC is to promote the development and implementation of cooperative land-use strategies to improve the quality of growth through educational outreach and technical assistance. During this process, we will produce many valuable reports to help local governments and communities to grow smart through our staff or by working together with other partners.

Our free report section will include PowerPoint presentations which will help people to better understand smart growth ideas and how to stop sprawl and preserve land. In this section, we will also provide reports and documents that we prepared to help local governments to improve comprehensive planning and incorporate smart growth principals.
